CONFIRMATIONS

We send automated confirmation emails/texts four days before your scheduled service. Please respond within 24 hours so we know to hold your appointment.  If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of the confirmation email/text being sent we will need to cancel your appointment to open the space.

CANCELLATIONS

We understand that life happens and sometimes cancelling/rescheduling is necessary. However, last minute cancellations and “no show” appointments cost our talented staff money.  

Please reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 48-hour notice.  

DEPOSITS

We require a partial deposit when reserving all services. The entirety of the deposit will go towards your next service, unless the service is rescheduled or canceled with less than 48-hours notice. 

Please note - the deposit is 50% of your estimated service cost, but the services required to achieve your look could vary. Please schedule a consultation with your stylist for a precise quote.

NO SHOWS = NO GO

If you "no show" an appointment without calling or emailing about your inability to make it we will not be able to pre-schedule another appointment for you.
