CONFIRMATIONS

Seven days before your scheduled service you will receive an automated message asking you to confirm your appointment - via your Vagaro app, email, or text based on your Vagaro preferences.

We will begin reaching out 4 days before your appointment via phone call and text to the number we have on file. Please confirm your appointment at least 3 days prior to your scheduled service date so we know to expect you. Not confirming your appointment is NOT a cancellation.

CANCELLATIONS

All appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment day. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the booked service value to the card on file. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the value of the booked service. 

CARD ON FILE

All clients are required to maintain a current card on file for cancellations and no-show fees. We can charge an active card on file without a card present but please note we do not accept APPLE PAY at this time.

NO SHOWS = NO GO

If you "no show" an appointment without calling or emailing about your inability to make it we will not be able to pre-schedule another appointment for you without advance payment in full.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) however we do not accept APPLE PAY or digital wallet payments at this time. We accept cash at both locations but are not able to provide change in CHICAGO. We do not accept checks.
