Our products are free from harmful sulfates, parabens, and sodium chloride. Our hair color options include low ammonia, no ammonia, PPD free and plant based. You spend a great deal of your life around chemicals, and we strive to eliminate harsh chemicals whenever possible. We are a Green Circle Certified salon and we recycle 98% of all waste streams. In addition to our products being safer, we also ensure they are sourcing their ingredients in a sustainable way.

We allow our stylists to operate with the scheduling freedom of a salon suite while still enjoying the benefits of being part of a team, allowing for work life balance. When you go home, you can leave work behind. We have quarterly in house education and team building to ensure we all have high emotional intelligence, empathy and understanding for our fellow coworkers.

  • We are looking for a cosmetology graduate who is looking to take the next step in their professional career.

    We are looking for stylists who desire a steady job with a set schedule. 

    Co-stylists provide excellent service to guests who come in to our salon as well as provide guidance and assistance with retail products and services. They learn directly from our lead stylists how to apply the knowledge and skills gained in beauty school in a real-world setting getting hands-on experience with clients.

    Our ideal candidate is self-aware, takes pride in his/her own well-being, and believes learning never ends.

    Job Duties

    • Arrive punctually and bring a positive and up-beat attitude to work daily

    • Provide excellent customer service from beginning to end of service

    • Greet guests, provide salon tours, provide general customer service

    • Maintain salon cleanliness: sweep, laundry, dishes

    • Make cross-service and product recommendations

    • Assist in shampooing and blow-drying guests hair

    • Apply toners and color hair with lead stylist

    Minimum Requirements

    • Experience: Retail or serving experience, current IL cosmetology license (or test date set).

    • Excellent client service, communication and organization skills.

    • Ability to perform basic computer skills

    • Self-motivated and ready to go above and beyond.

    • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.

    • Team player and goal-oriented positive attitude.
